According to the European Scientific Cooperative On Phytotherapy (ESCOP), lemon balm is used for sleeping disorders of a nervous origin and gastrointestinal functional disorders. It is also used in the symptomatic treatment of digestive disorders, such as mild spasms. Lemon balm leaves have sedative, spasmolytic, carminative, choleretic and antibacterial actions.
ROOIBOS (Aspalathus linearis [Burm. F.] R. Dahlg) Leaves 10%
Rooibos herbal tea (“Red Tea”) is used as an alternative to tea, especially in South Africa, as it does not contain caffeine.
