LEMON BALM (Melissa officinalis L.) Leaves 90%

According to the European Scientific Cooperative On Phytotherapy (ESCOP), lemon balm is used for sleeping disorders of a nervous origin and gastrointestinal functional disorders. It is also used in the symptomatic treatment of digestive disorders, such as mild spasms. Lemon balm leaves have sedative, spasmolytic, carminative, choleretic and antibacterial actions.

ROOIBOS (Aspalathus linearis [Burm. F.] R. Dahlg) Leaves 10%

Rooibos herbal tea (“Red Tea”) is used as an alternative to tea, especially in South Africa, as it does not contain caffeine. Moreover, Rooibos (also called “Red bush”) has a soothing effect that makes sleeping and resting easier. Like tea, it contains antioxidants that are effective for neutralizing free radicals.

Recommended dose

Children under 1 year of age can take teaspoons to a maximum volume of half to one cup per day. Children of 1-3 years can drink 1 to 2 cups per day, including one before going to bed. Children older than 3 years of age can drink 2 to 3 cups per day, including one before going to bed.
